God has given us a guide that teaches us how to become healthy and glorify the Temples that He has given us. That guide is the Bible.

Even Before Man was formed, God had already provided us with what we needed in life to live healthy, abundant lives. "And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat." - Genesis 1:29 KJV

Here, we will learn simple, biblical principles that will help us become healthier and fruitful for God's glory.

God created foods that empower us to live the life He created us to live, His foods are an exact match to our needs.
If our diet is Bible based, years of careless living and abuse to our bodies can be reversed in great measure. Damage to our cells can be repaired. Even our healthy appearance can be restored day by day, simply by living and eating the Bible way.

Before I go any further, I want to elaborate that we are saved and cleansed by the blood of Christ. When Jesus died for us He cleansed us from the toxic sinful habits that plagued our bodies and helped us become unhealthy.

I do believe that if we want to become more like Jesus we should live as He did also, serve God, spread the Gospel, eat healthy, & exercise. This in turn will allow us to take care of the Temples that God has given us and honor them for His glory.
